Many thanks to all at the Club for supporting our race night on Saturday. We raised a stonking £601 after costs, which was tremendous. My special gratitude to Barry and Simon who put in a lot of work to make the event run smoothly and to Dave, Deb Long, Sarah Robbins my wife Denise who did a great job on the tote. Also many thanks to our race sponsors and to Graham Cook who donated the bottle prizes to the winning trainers. Most pleasing of all was seeing so many lads there with their partners and girlfriends, which made for a great atmosphere.
