Our first Club fundraiser is coming very soon where all of you dedicated Playstation freaks will get the chance to lift the inaugural ‘Nailsea United Football Club Pro-Evo 2005’ trophy.

At noon on Sunday, 2nd October 2005, the Club’s own knock-out Pro-Evo competition will begin at the Grove Sports Centre and we are hopeful that as many of you as possible, together with friends outside of the Club, will wish to take part. I have heard so many at the Club remark how good they are at ‘Pro-Evo’ so here’s a chance to prove you are the ultimate champion. We are intending to screen all games on the big screen so you can watch your mates astound everyone with their Pro-Evo skills or totally embarrass themselves.

There are no age restrictions and an entrance fee of £2.00 will enable you to enter the first round draw which will be made in the Grove Bar after the NUFC games on Saturday, 1st October 2005. It will then be a straight knock out the following day all the way to the final. There will be food and drink available on the day and we hope everyone will enjoy what will be a brand new fundraising event.
